After your contract is signed and deposit is made, we will order the product. We will set a tentative installation date with you soon after the product is ordered based on the material estimated time of arrival, and then confirm that dates once the product has arrived. Lead times from manufacturers can change, so we will always confirm once the product has arrived at our store.

When your project is complete, we will follow up with you to confirm that you are happy with your finished installation. If you have any issues or concerns with the installation, please reach out to us immediately anytime during the process. We are here to help ensure your satisfaction.

KENT offers a warranty on workmanship for 1 year. This begins when the job is completed. Manufacturer warranties vary by product.

We require a 25% deposit on all special-order products and full payment of the contract amount 3 days prior to installation.

While our installers do not wear a KENT uniform, they are still part of the greater KENT Team, and represent KENT while completing your project.
